3 Sigma is an ISO certified company that is highly focused on processes and process consistency to ensure quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. 3 Sigma looks at every aspect of its business as a process starting with the marketing and sales function thru customer delivery, product acceptance, follow-up, and all commercial and finance functions.

Twice a year, 3 Sigma does a random survey of a large percentage of its customers to get feedback on meeting their goals and needs and what can be done to improve or assist in better meeting their customer end needs. This is also a part of the ISO process – to look for improvement areas and establish continual improvement goals.
