Dissolvable Label
3 Sigma’s dissolvable labels help to mitigate possible food contamination issues. These dissolvable labels have been optimally designed to provide the necessary performance and durability, and ease of removal when products need to be washed and reused. The paper and adhesive dissolve quickly in room temperature water with slight agitation. The label will disperse during the washing and sanitizing process, requiring no additional steps to be discarded. Since the dissolvable label is virtually residue-free, it helps to counter bacteria growth and saves on clean-up time, allowing for a more optimized workflow. Also, because the facestock is fully dissolvable, the label is more sustainable than traditional pressure-sensitive label options.

Max-Duty™ Ultra-Removable Label
Max-Duty is a highly engineered, economical labeling and rotation product. It was designed to work in a wide range of demanding environments associated with food storage and food preparation. From wide fluctuations in temperature and humidity to containers subject to soaps, detergents, and grease. Max-Duty is the best answer to addressing those conditions. Beginning with 3mil Sigmaflex™ film, 3 Sigma adds its industry-leading acrylic removable adhesive to offer optimum performance. Max-Duty™ is very aggressive and will adhere well to various surfaces. However, when the label needs to be removed, it comes off cleanly, leaving no adhesive residue or ghosting, which could ultimately attract germs or bacteria. The label construction is completed with a durable liner that protects the adhesive, allows easy label removal, and provides an excellent die-cutting surface.

CleanStik™
CleanStik is a highly engineered, economical food labeling and food rotation product. It provides a general-purpose paper face matched with a superior durability acrylic adhesive to handle various labeling and rotation applications. CleanStick will stand up to most standard food labeling applications where the environment does not call for extreme conditions of temperature, grease, or cleaners. CleanStik, like the Max-Duty line, is very aggressive and will stick well to a wide variety of containers and surfaces. However, when the label needs to be removed, it comes off easily and leaves no residual adhesive or ghosting that can attract germs or bacteria to your containers. CleanStik offers a premium liner providing superior die-cutting, application, and label protection. It is an excellent solution for applications requiring an economical food rotation and labeling approach.
Direct Thermal CleanStik (CleanStik DT™)
3 Sigma’s direct thermal version of CleanStik has all the outstanding features of the standard product with the added function of direct thermal printability. The surface provides an exceptionally smooth face, medium to high sensitivity for printing, and an immensely readable print characteristic critical in food safety and rotation applications.
ArticStik™
3 Sigma offers multiple label products that work in cold temperature and freezer storage for extended periods. Cold, moist conditions are no problem – the all-temperature adhesive will work in a wide range of storage atmospheres and perform well in those environments. The facestocks are of superior quality and offer excellent printability using multiple print and ink technologies.
Direct Thermal ArticStik (ArticStik DT™)
3 Sigma’s direct thermal version of ArticStik provides all the outstanding features of the standard product with the added function of direct thermal printability.
